1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • “Goods” means any products made available for sale through the Website.

  • “Order” refers to a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

2. Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from:

  • the date you receive the Goods, or

  • the date a third party (not the carrier) designated by you receives the Goods.

Upon cancellation, We will refund all payments received from You, using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods.


3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The Goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

The following Goods are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Perishable items or items with expiration dates.

  • Unsealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


4. Return Process & Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are not responsible for Goods lost or damaged in return shipment. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned Goods or proof of delivery.


5. Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and sent directly to You, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to You.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
