3. Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order, You represent that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any Order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Errors in product descriptions or pricing

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity

You may cancel an eligible Order under the conditions described in Our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after returned Goods are received and inspected.

Certain Goods are non-refundable, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons

  • Perishable or time-sensitive Goods

  • Digital content once delivery has begun

5. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We regularly update the content of Our Service, but cannot guarantee that all information is accurate or complete at all times. We reserve the right to make changes to product descriptions, prices, and availability without notice.

6. Prices Policy

Prices are subject to change before confirmation of an Order. In the event of price fluctuations due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. taxes, exchange rates, shipping rates), You will have the option to cancel the Order.

7. Payments

All payments must be made at the time of purchase via the approved payment methods listed on Our Website. If payment authorization fails, We are not obligated to fulfill Your Order.

All original content, design elements, trademarks, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If You have a dispute regarding the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting Us.

15. EU Users

If You are an EU resident, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

16. U.S. Legal Compliance

You represent that You are not located in a country subject to U.S. sanctions and are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited parties.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

Failure by the Company to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

18. Translation Disclaimer

These Terms may have been translated. In the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail.

19. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be announced via the Service at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
